Central Surrey Health (CSH) is a not-for-profit community services provider that works in partnership with the NHS and social care in homes, clinics, hospitals and schools to transform local community health services in different parts of Surrey. CSH is a social enterprise created out of, but not funded by the NHS and employs over 1200 medically trained, administrative and other personnel across the Surrey Downs, North West Surrey and Guildford & Waverley areas. After thorough trialling of Office Odyssey’s services against the two incumbent suppliers, CSH awarded the tender to Office Odyssey. The pandemic delayed things but by the end of September, Office Odyssey had installed 124 Epson business inkjet printers across their 50-60 locations, consisting of 105 x mono and colour desktop devices and 19 x work group devices, including 10 from Epson’s flagship WorkForce Enterprise printer range. Office Odyssey installed devices under an Epson Print Performance service and implemented a card release print system as well. To help employees with the transition from the incumbent printers to Epson, Office Odyssey created laminated posters explaining the 3 buttons people needed to push to release their print
